Product Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a product lead.

Role purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the quality of our products by defining and implementing better processes, and championing the user at every turn.

Main purposes of job

1. Help clients discover and prioritise requirements
2. Project management
3. Design & User Experience

Some of the key activities within this role

1. Requirements Gathering and Definition
2. User Experience Design
3. Proposition / new business work

Key results/objectives

1. Help projects keep getting tasks over the ‘figuring things out’ hill into ‘getting things done’
2. Improve clients’ money generation or saving by focusing on the needs of the end user
3. Dragon Drop has a clear proposition to use in sales pitches.
